This page is to provide you information regarding your deposit payment to secure your booking with RevitalizeinTurkey. By clicking the tick box, you are stating that you have read and understood the following:

• The deposit payment that you are about to make can be quoted in Euros, US Dollars or Turkish Liras will be converted into English Sterling before being deducted from your balance.
• The deposit payment is non-refundable. If you have to or choose to cancel your operation, you can't ask for a refund for the deposit you have paid. 
• The deposit payment secures your booking for 12 months, starting from the initially booked operation date. Once the deposit is paid, patient can select to postpone their operation to a different time within that 12 months time frame (as long as RevitalizeinTurkey has operational availability) and will not be effected by the any price increases that can occur in the meantime. 
• The deposit will be deducted from patient's balance when patient is making their final payment for their procedure, while in Turkey.
• The payment will be made to Tunçelli Turizm LTD ŞTİ.
