Soreness is the most frequent post-operative outcome of the amr-lift operation. Pattients should not lift heavy weights and abstain to exert physical energy that necessitate arm exertion.
2. Swelling
The swelling is mild to moderate, and peaks at two to three days. Any stitches that are not absorbed will be removed after about a week. Some grogginess may persist for 5-7 days.

You are not allowed to take a shower till the doctor asks you to do postoperatively. Tape dressings which applies compression should not be taken off for longer periods. The operation site should be kept clean and the dressings should be regularly changed as per the given instructions.
While each person’s recovery is unique, the recovery period after an arm lift generally lasts one to two weeks. You'll probably be able to return to work in a week, and resume exercise within two weeks. Strenuous workouts and contact sports can be engaged in after about four weeks
